Do Not Sell My Personal Information
For California residents under CCPA/CPRA.
Your right to opt out
California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Some forms of programmatic and cookie-based advertising may meet the legal definition of "sale" or "sharing."
How to opt out
- Email: send a request to privacy@dailypulse.media with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out Request."
- Browser signal: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that device.
- Cookie controls: use the cookie banner on the home page to opt out of Advertising-category cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
What we ask for
To process an email request, we ask only enough information to confirm the request and apply it consistently to your device/browser. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out, in accordance with CCPA.
Authorized agents
If you submit a request through an authorized agent, the agent must include proof of authorization, and we may verify the request directly with you.
Acknowledgement and timing
We confirm receipt of opt-out requests within 10 business days and apply the opt-out within 15 business days.
Other CCPA rights
You also have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@dailypulse.media. See our Privacy Policy for details.
